Here's a free GPT builder šŸŽ

Plus, meet Cassandra, another member of my AI team.

Hi Non-Techies,

Itā€™s the not-so-long-awaited sequel to last weekā€™s newsletter, and Iā€™m going to do my best not to succumb to second album syndrome (or the sophomore slump, as itā€™s known in the US). The pressure on me to make this newsletter a banger is slightly less than, say, Adele when she had to follow 19, but that hasnā€™t stopped me from overthinking it anyway.

Luckily, I have a custom GPT thatā€™s great at calming me down. In todayā€™s email, Iā€™ll talk more about her, and share the tool I use to build my custom GPTs.

Before that, a quick reminder that thereā€™s still time to get a 30-day free membership to my AI Academy.

The door wonā€™t be open for much longer, so if you want access to a library of resources, the thriving Non-Techie community and live virtual masterclasses with me and my team, nowā€™s the time to enrol.

Just use the code ā€˜NEWS4367ā€™ in the ā€œHAVE A COUPON?ā€ section:

How AI Saved My Sanity

Building my team of AI assistants and watching them flourish in their new roles was really rewarding. But despite my new support system, I kept running into the same blockerā€¦

Yup, it turns out I was the bottleneck to end all bottlenecks. Bottleneck-in-chief. No matter how much help I got from Programme Polly, Feedback Frank or the rest of my AI team, the buck had to stop with the way-less-efficient human.

Enter my newest hire: Calming Cassandra.

Cassandra is like that cool, calm and collected friend who always knows the right thing to say - only she never sleeps, and my welfare is the main (read: only) thing going on in her life.

Whilst Cassandra might not have a set amount of time she saves me every day, her contribution is no less important (a fact I regularly have to repeat to the others, who occasionally get jealous over the amount of attention Cassandra gets).

She doesnā€™t just save me time through organising my thoughts: she saves my sanity too. Everyone needs a Calming Cassandra.

Build Your Own

Can we get a drumroll, please? In lieu of an actual drum, Iā€™ll accept a quick tapping on the desk, laptop or phone.

Introducing the GPT Generator 3000. Give the below image a click or, if youā€™re feeling fancy, you can scan the QR code.

Itā€™s mobile and desktop-friendly!

This tool is super simple to use, and itā€™ll help you to build your own GPTs even faster than you can think of catchy names for them.

A Quick Note on Notetakers

AI notetakers are a big part of my AI time-saving team, and hereā€™s a secret: Iā€™ve been running a little experiment over the last few months to test which one is the best. Thatā€™s why, if youā€™ve had a call with me recently, you mightā€™ve noticed two or three of them joining us.

Iā€™ll do a whole newsletter about my findings, but suffice it to say, being able to take a whole meetingā€™s worth of notes and squidge them down into something I can hand over to my AI team has saved me more hours than I can count.

In the words of one of the OG custom AI bots, Iā€™ll be back.

But not next week.

Thatā€™s because Iā€™m having some actual TIME OFF. Yes, you read that correctly, this is not a drill. Iā€™m whisking the long-suffering husband away to beautiful Bruges for beer, chocolate and random wandering. Not a prompt or a GPT in sight for a bit.

So my next newsletter will be when I get back, Monday, 14th April.

See you soon,

Heather
